Our loft is a private self contained bachelor's apt. that includes 1 dble bed & 1 pull out chesterfield, sitting/games area upstairs and  1-3pc. bathroom on main floor along with a dinette kitchen with bar bridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker and 2 burner portable plate.  Heat/hydro included, 1 parking spot includes snow removal. Our scenic areas includes within 1/2 hr. or less, Georgian Bay Beaches, Balm Beach, Midland/Penetang, Cedar Point, shopping, golf, parks, Saute St. Marie, Martyr's Shrine and more.
